Credit card orders:
We ship UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail, orders are processed within 48 hours from the time they are received. For out of stock items, please allow an additional 2-3 days. Depending on your location in the US, delivery time to final destination can take from 1-5 days.
Checks orders:
Orders will not be processed until reception and clearance of your check. Once your check is cleared normal order processing time will resume (please see above)
We shipped from Monday to Friday except for Major Holidays.
Shipping is FREE with orders over $45.00
Shipping rate for orders under $45.00: $5.95
International orders have additional shipment fees, our Customer Representatives will notify customers through e-mail.
Damaged Shipments:
Summer months: We are taking precautions in shipping bars by
adding ice packs to your package but we are NOT responsible for the melting of
protein bars while in transit. The weather, handling and delivery is out of our
control.
If your order containing protein bars has been in the heat for any length of time, unpack your box, and without touching or smashing individual bars, place the boxes in your refrigerator for about an hour. They will re-harden and suffer no loss of nutrition.
