We shipped from Monday to Friday except for Major Holidays.

Shipping rate for orders under $49.95: $5.95
We ship to US and Canada only.
Deliveries for Canada have additional shipment fees, our customer representatives will notify customers through e-mail.
Damaged Shipments:
Summer months: we are not responsible for the melting of
protein bars while in transit. The weather, handling and delivery is out of our
control.
Credit card orders:
We ship UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail, orders are processed within 48 hours from the time they are received. For out of stock items, please allow an additional 2-3 days. Depending on your location in the US, delivery time to final destination can take from 1-5 days.
Checks orders:
Orders will not be processed until reception and clearance of your check. Once your check is cleared normal order processing time will resume (please see above)
