Protein Cream of Chicken Soup Recipes





Creamy Spinach Chicken
:
 Protein cream of chicken soup mix - 1 pkt.
 Water - 4oz
 Frozen spinach or broccoli, pre cooked. - 1 cup
 Garlic powder. - 1/8tsp
 Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, precooked - 2 oz
 Combine protein cream of chicken soup mix and boiling water,
 Stir well. Add vegetables and garlic. Place sauce mixture over chicken and serve.

Curried Chicken:
 Protein Cream of Chicken Soup Mix - 1 pkt
 Water - 4-6oz
 Chopped Spinach or broccoli (precooked) - 1 cup
 Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless, (precooked) - 2 oz
 Creamy Salad Dressing, Fat Free - 2 tbsp
 Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
 Curry Powder - 1 tsp
 paprika - 1 tsp
 Combine the cream of chicken soup with water. (If a thicker
 sauce consistency is desired, use additional 4oz of water
 one tablespoon at a time). Combine with the remaining ingredients
 and mix thoroughly. If additional heat in temperature is needed
 microwave for 40-80 seconds

Beefy Mushroom and Rice
 Protein cream of chicken soup mix. 1 pkt
 ground Sirloin - 1/4tsp
 Mushroom, sliced - 1/2 cup
 Garlic powder- 1/4 tsp
 Green Onions, diced - 2 tbsp
 Water, boiling - 1/2 cup
 parsley - 1/2 tsp
 Brown Rice, cooked - 1/3 cup
 No Stick Cooking Spray - as needed
 Brown the ground sirloin over medium heat in a skillet
 coated with no stick cooking spray. Sprinkle meat with the
 the garlic powder, add mushrooms and green onions, continue
 cooking until mushrooms are tender. Combine soup mix and
 parsley and add boiling water, Stir soup and rice into beef
 mixture and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve

Chicken Fricassee
 Protein cream of chicken soup mix. 1 pkt
 Chicken Breast, boneless, skin - 4 oz
 Mushroom, quartered - 4 medium
 Onion powder- 1/8 tsp
 Celery, diced - 2 tbsp
 Water, boiling - 2/3 cup
 Parsley - 1/4 tsp
 Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
 Combine soup mix and boiling water, stir well
 Add mushrooms, celery, spices and lemon juice. Place
 sauce mixture over chicken breast in a microwave-safe-dish
 cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 6-8 min.,
 or until chicken is fully cooked. Serve over rice
