MICROWAVE: Measure 1/3 cup hot water in 1 cup measure; add mix and stir gently until powder is dissolved. Let stand 1 minute pour into a small Pyrex or other glass bowl. Cover with paper towel and microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 70 seconds; Lift paper towel to check for doneness. Recover and continue cooking at 20 second increments on MEDIUM just until center is set. (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed.) Keep covered and let stand 2-3 minutes before serving
