site uses an order form for customers to request products.
We collect visitor's contact information (like their email
address). Contact information from the order form is used to send
orders and information about our company to our customers. The
customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with

Exchange or credit
will be accepted for unopened boxes only..
Shipping/handling
charges are your responsibility. No credits or exchange will be
given unless you contact us prior to returning any product to
ensure proper tracking, credits & exchange will be completed
when merchandised is received and duly inspected
Since we sell our
products at rock bottom prices, we cannot accept returns on opened
merchandise.
Please
note: All authorized product
returns must be shipped with a copy of your invoice or reference
number included.
If there is a mistake with your order, please contact Body and
Health Essentials within 1-2 days from delivery date to guarantee
a correction.
Damaged Shipments: Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to
Body and Health Essentials within
24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for
visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue
you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

Instructions
Simply e-mail sales-dept@bodyandhealthessentials.com
with your name, address, order number and any comments you
may have about the products. Allow 24 hours for one of our
representatives to respond.

For your protection, we suggest packing your items carefully
and sending your returned items insured.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Body and Health Essentials is not liable for any lost shipments or stolen shipments.
If USPS Delivery Confirmation or UPS tracking confirms that your order was delivered, and you have not received it,
please contact your local Post Office or UPS where it is possibly being held for you.
Any dispute you have must be addressed with USPS or UPS directly. Delivery is assumed by Body and Health Essentials and the order is complete when confirmed as delivered by tracking. Customers assume all responsibility for the safety of a shipment upon delivery.
Body and Health Essentials cannot be responsible for loss or theft of delivered goods.
Mail theft and mail fraud (for example, the false reporting of stolen or non received mail) are federal crimes. We are happy to provide any documentation in order to assist our customers and US Post Office or UPS authorities to help in recovering a lost or stolen shipment.
In the event that an order has not been received within 10 business days from receipt of a shipping confirmation, please contact us.
If USPS Delivery Confirmation or UPS tracking indicates that an order has not been delivered within 30 days from the date of shipment, we will issue a credit or replacement of the order.

enter your credit card number into the order form, it is
transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form,
then decoded when we receive the order.
We
encrypt every order to protect your credit card number and
personal information. Encryption is a process by which we use
software to scramble your credit card number and personal
information in transit to Body and Health Essentials. Your data
remains scrambled even when it is stored on our machines.
