Our
site uses an order form for customers to request products.
We collect visitor's contact information (like their email
address). Contact information from the order form is used to send
orders and information about our company to our customers. The
customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with
the visitor when necessary.

and alteration of the information under our control.
All
orders are transmitted on a fully secure SSL server. When you
enter your credit card number into the order form, it is
transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form,
then decoded when we receive the order.
We
encrypt every order to protect your credit card number and
personal information. Encryption is a process by which we use
software to scramble your credit card number and personal
information in transit to Body and Health Essentials. Your data
remains scrambled even when it is stored on our machines.

Refunds or credit
will not be accepted on the following items:

For all other
products, please read policy below: Shipping/handling
charges are your responsibility. No credits or refunds will be
given unless you contact us prior to returning any product to
ensure proper tracking, credits & refunds will be completed in
a timely manner
Since we sell our
products at rock bottom prices, we cannot accept returns on opened
merchandise. All un-opened merchandise except for all items listed
above can be returned within 10
days for exchange. Customer is responsible for all shipping
charges on returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking
fee. We must receive the product within 10 days of purchase.
Please
note:
No returns will be accepted without a prior authorization number.
Unauthorized returns will be refused. All authorized product
returns must be shipped prepaid, a copy of your invoice included,
and the product (used or unused). Shipping charges are
non-refundable.
When
returning products, they must be in their original boxes.
If there is a mistake with your order, please contact Body and
Health Essentials within 1-2 days from delivery date to guarantee
a correction.
Damaged Shipments: Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to
Body and Health Essentials within
24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for
visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue
you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.
Return
Instructions
To receive an authorization number, simply e-mail customer.service@bodyandhealthessentials.com
with your name, address, order number and any comments you
may have about the products. Within the next 48 hours you will
receive a return authorization number. If you need assistance,
please contact our Refunds Department at refunds@bodyandhealthessentials.com.
Please note: due to the recent unfolding events we are no
longer accepting returned packages shipped USPS. All returned
orders must be shipped UPS or FedEx. We apologize for the
inconvenience.
Once you have received a return authorization number, place it on
the outside of your box and return the unused portion (in original
bottle, box, etc.) along with a copy of your invoice to:

For your protection, we suggest packing your items carefully
and sending your returned items insured.
Upon receiving your returned shipment, please allow up to 90 days
for Body
and Health Essentials to issue you a credit or to post a
refund to your credit card.
