Time
Credit cards orders:
For all diet pills, body enhancers, slim slippers and homeopathic products, orders will be
processed within 2 to 3 days after receipt of the order. For out of stock items, please allow an additional 2 days. For protein supplements orders, if all chosen flavors are in stock, orders will be processed
2 to 3 days after receipt of the order. Depending on your location
in the US, delivery time to final destination can take from 7-10
days.
Checks
orders:
Orders will not be processed until reception and clearance of your check. Once your check is cleared normal order processing time will resume (please see above)
We
shipped from Monday to Friday except for Major Holidays.
Standard shipping and handling fees within the continental US are:

International
orders have additional shipment fees, our Customer Representatives
will notify customers through e-mail.
Damaged Shipments: Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to
Body and Health Essentials within
24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for
visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue
you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

information in transit to Body and Health Essentials. Your data
remains scrambled even when it is stored on our machines.
