The Get Slim Slippers are for indoor use only. Outside
use is not recommended, as the heat of the sun can damage
the magnets effectiveness; however, an evening walk after
the heat has subsided will do. The important issue is
to walk while wearing the Get Slim Slippers.
Choose your size: if you wear a size 8 then choose size
8, keeping in mind there is no heel. Wear the Get Slim
Slippers and walk or do housework like an ordinary house
slipper, but for only 15 minutes to start with, increasing
to 30 minutes for the first 2 days. If you feel any discomfort,
stop for 2 days then start again with shorter increments
of wearing time. Be Patient! Remember that your body isn't
used to stimulation in this way and will need time to
adjust.
You may feel uncomfortable while wearing the
Get Slim Slippers for the first few days, since your feet
are not used to using the arches for support when walking.
This uncomfortable feeling will be gone after 2-3 days.
The pressure on the arches will ignite the nerves at the
bottom of your feet; therefore the bulk of the slipper
must be under the arch of the sole.
After getting used to the Get Slim Slippers, try walking
with the heels lifted for a short time, in order to strengthen
the nerve stimulation in front of the arches. Please don't
use the slippers for more than 2 - 2 ½ hours a day.
And remember, you need to move; wearing the slippers while
sitting will not be effective.
In order to get rapid effects, wear the slippers while
doing walking exercise, but not running. This time period
should be no more than 20 minutes in the morning and again
in the evening. The effects only show when pressure is
applied to the nerves at the bottom of the feet. This
is most important, that is why this point is repeated
so often.
